Every second Saturday, Narayana General & Surgical Hospital opens its doors for a free breast scan camp led by Dr. S. Kalavathi, offering clinical breast examination and guidance to any woman who walks in — whether she's never been screened before or simply wants routine peace of mind.

Why Early Breast Screening Matters

Breast awareness means knowing what is normal for your body so any change stands out. Most changes — a lump, tenderness, or swelling — turn out to be benign, caused by cysts, hormonal shifts, or reactive lymph nodes. But changes that persist beyond two to three weeks are worth having examined, and a free camp makes that first step easy.
